Who we are

Tiny Treasures is a small UK workshop selling handmade miniature suitcase scenes. For data-protection purposes, the data controller is the workshop. You can reach us at hello@tinytreasuresbigworlds.co.uk.

What we collect

Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone number, and the items you bought. Collected by Stripe during checkout on our behalf.
Contact form messages — name, email, and whatever you write in the form.
Newsletter sign-ups — your email address only.
Anonymous usage data— page views, screen size, referring site. We use this to understand which pages work; it doesn’t identify you.

Why we collect it

To fulfil orders, reply to your messages, send newsletters you opted into, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s policy.
Royal Mail / courier partners — to deliver your order.
Resend — to send transactional emails and newsletters (when configured).
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records — 6 years (UK accounting requirement).
Contact form messages — 12 months after the conversation closes.
Newsletter records — until you unsubscribe.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tinytreasuresbigworlds.co.uk and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. They’re described in detail below; the banner you saw on your first visit gave you the choice to accept or reject the optional ones.

Essential— the cart-state cookie keeps the items in your bag between page loads. We can’t turn this off.
Analytics (optional)— anonymous traffic stats. We don’t set these unless you accept the cookie banner.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where it affects you, email anyone subscribed.
