Terms of sale
The deal between us.

The basics
When you buy something from Tiny Treasures, you’re entering an agreement with the workshop (us). We take orders through Stripe Checkout; once payment clears, we make and ship your piece.
One-of-one pieces
Every piece in our catalogue is made by hand from a vintage suitcase sourced individually. That means small variations between listing photos and the piece you receive are normal and expected. We’ll photograph yours before it leaves the workshop so you can see it first.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Shipping is added at checkout: £4.99 UK / £19.99 worldwide. Some destinations may also charge import duty on arrival; that’s payable by you, not us.
- We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna via Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
Lead time and delivery
- Most pieces ship in 3–10 working days after payment. We’ll email you when it’s on its way.
- UK delivery is by Royal Mail (Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 for higher-value pieces).
- Worldwide delivery uses Royal Mail International Tracked. Times vary by country (typically 7–21 working days).
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or strike action, but we’ll help you chase them.
Returns and refunds
Full details on the returns page. In short:
- 14 days from delivery to change your mind (UK consumer right).
- Free UK returns; you pay return postage from outside the UK.
- Refund issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned piece, back to the original payment method.
- Made-to-order commissions are non-refundable once work begins (we’ll always confirm this in writing before starting).
Damage in transit
Each piece is packed carefully. If yours arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece, email us within 7 days, and we’ll either repair, replace (where possible — many pieces are one of one), or refund.
Things we won’t do
- Use your photos or messages for marketing without asking you first.
- Share your details with anyone other than the carrier and Stripe.
If something goes wrong
Email hello@tinytreasuresbigworlds.co.uk. We aim to resolve everything within 14 days. UK consumers also have the right to use the Consumer Rights Act and to escalate to ADR if needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
